QIB finance ‘campaign receives warm welcome’

Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) has announced that the recently launched ‘Signing is Winning’ campaign saw hundreds of its customers winning a total of QR3mn in cash bonus, with some winning up to QR20,000 automatically credited to their QIB credit cards.
The ongoing finance campaign caters to the customers’ growing needs during the holy month of Ramadan and the summer period. Customers applying for personal or auto finance enjoy a bonus of 1% of the total financing amount. Furthermore, the 1% cash bonus allows customers to move their liabilities from other banks to QIB without worrying about any related expenses.
D Anand, Personal Banking Group general manager, QIB, said, “QIB’s finance campaign emphasises our commitment to create customer-focused solutions. The campaign has received a warm welcome from many of our customers during the first month of its launch and we are expecting customers’ interest to increase as we draw closer to its end. We are committed to offering our customers special offers and promotions that are tailored made to meet their financial needs at the right time.”
The campaign offers competitive profit rates, a fast approval process, a three-month grace period, and a free QIB credit card with the flexibility to pay only a minimum of 5% of the total outstanding. These benefits allow eligible customers to refurbish their home, get married, plan their vacation or buy a new car using a convenient and worry-free financing solution.
In parallel with this campaign, QIB has partnered with all the major leading automotive dealers across Qatar to offer special auto financing packages on the purchase of new and used vehicles during the holy month of Ramadan. As part of the agreements, QIB customers will benefit from instant approval and competitive profit rates, with up to six months grace period, extended warranty and comprehensive car takaful at a competitive rate.
The next group of successful applicants will be credited post-closure of the campaign on July 10.
