Nowadays, the festival is celebrated across the country with a wide range of supporting events and activities including arts and crafts workshops, storytelling sessions, henna and face painting as well.

It is enriching to learn and actually be a part of it since we are all living in the same community. So, it is all about sharing and giving, which we want to embed in every kid to be part of everyone’s culture.”

“McDonald’s Qatar has always strived at enriching children’s lives with joyful activities, while instilling in them the values of good citizenship and developing their knowledge and skills to paint a brighter future for themselves and the community. Celebrating Garangao this year with the children and their families will fill our hearts with joy, but more importantly draw a smile on their faces, which is a part of McDonald’s Qatar Corporate Social Responsibility program in Qatar.”
